Wilmadean M. Habberfield

Wilmadean M. Habberfield, 96, of Pekin, IL passed away at 8:32 AM Saturday, January, 13, 2024 at Pekin Manor. Wilmadean was born on October 14, 1927 in Pekin to Albert and Bertha (Weyhrich) Eitenmiller. She married Ralph E. Habberfield on October 26, 1947 in Pekin. He passed away on November 24, 1990. Also preceding in death are her parents, and one son, Dean Habberfield. Surviving are: one son, Mark (Terry) Habberfield of Dixon, IL; one daughter, Mary (William) Ashbaker of Pekin; one daughter-in-law, Karla Kiselbach of Alpharetta, GA; eight grandchildren, Seth (Sara) Habberfield, Christopher (Jessica) Ashbaker, Michael (Ellen) Ashbaker, Cathryn (Sam) Smith, Amy (Paul) Kissner, Grace (Eric) Sims, Charlotte (Keith) Kuhlman, and Rachel Habberfield; six great grandchildren, two sisters, Marlene Jones of Bloomington, IL and Carolyn (Carl) Arrenius of Peoria, IL. Wilmadean worked for Country Financial for 25 years. She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Pekin and the Bethlehem Society. She enjoyed sewing. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, January 22, 2024 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Daniel Bishop officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM 11:00 AM on Monday, January 22nd. Interment will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Johns Lutheran Church or Pekin Park Foundation.
