William D. Nesseim

William D. Nesseim, 83, of Pekin passed away at 5:11 PM Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Pekin Hospital. Bill was born on January 3, 1929 in Lake Preston, SD to Jack and Hazel (Anderson) Nesseim. He married Marcella Todd on August 28, 2000 Peoria, IL. Preceding him in death are his parents and one brother John Wesley Nesseim. Surviving are: his wife, Marcella of Pekin; one daughter, Kathy (Dennis) Anderson of Edwards, IL ; one brother, Robert (Juanita) Nesseim of Tea, SD.;two step sons, Lloyd (Marci) Todd of Bedford, TX and Montie (Tina) Todd of Pekin, IL; one step daughter, Ronna (Richard) Woodmancy of Pekin; two grandchildren, Seth and Natalie Anderson; six step grandchildren, Laura Cooper, Sara Bahou, Damon Keller, Breanna Hollensteiner, Nicole King and Nathan Todd and seven great grandchildren. Bill was a truck driver for 35 years driving with Jansen and Schaeffer, Ruan and N.E. Finch. He was a member of Teamsters Local #627. Bill loved to tinker with his vehicles; they were his pride and joy. Private Graveside services will be at Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin with Burt Dancey officiating. There will be no visitation.Arrangements have been entrusted to Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin.
