Therese S. Koch

Therese S. Koch, 93, of 104 S. Church St. Passed away 9:30 pm Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Hallmark House Nursing Center in Pekin. Therese was born on March 9, 1915, in Herrick, Ohio to John and Maria Ernes Sauvage.She married Harry H. Koch on March 24, 1940 in Bridgeport, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband on April 24, 1995, one daughter, Charlotte in 1964 and two sisters, Margaret and Lucy. Surviving are; two daughters, Susan (and Fred) Fahlsing of Davidsonville, MD and Marilyn Raper of Black Mountain NC; seven grandchildren, Bill Raper and Melissa Raper of Black Mountain, NC, Ben Raper and Nathan Raper of Wilmington, NC, Michael Fahlsing of North Kingstown, RI, Stephen Fahlsing of Santa Monica, CA and Elizabeth Brodie of Bolton, England; two great grandchildren, Lyric Raper of Black Mountain and Heather Brodie of Bolton, England. Therese was an active member of the Green Valley community since 1946.
