Teresa Modendricker

Teresa Modendricker, 45, of Pekin, IL passed away at 6:30 AM Monday, November 13, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Teresa was born on September 27, 1972 in Pekin to Gerald and Sharon (Thornton) Modendricker. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her sister, Kerry Modendricker of Bloomington, IL; one aunt, Louise Thornton of Phoenix, AZ and several cousins. Teresa was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ where she was in the Hand Bell Choir, a Sunday school teacher and served on various committees. She graduated from PCHS in 1990 and from Oehrlein School of Cosmetology. She enjoyed making jewelry, knitting and crocheting. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 18, 2017 at St. Paul United Church of Christ with Rev. Dr. Brian Bryne officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Friday, November 17th at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory and 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM Saturday at the church. Cremation will be accorded after the services with inurnment in Lakeside Cemetery at a later date.
