Sylvie Michelle Zacovic, 11 months of Pekin passed away at 1:23 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2024 in the emergency room at Carle Health Pekin Hospital. Sylvie was born on July 31, 2023 in Peoria, IL to Blake Zacovic and Branda Jordan. She was preceded in death by; one brother, Leo Zacovic, and maternal Great Grandmother, Michelle Kent, and Paternal Great Grandmother, Antoinette Zacovic. Surviving are: her mom and dad, Branda and Blake of Pekin; Paternal Grandparents, Paul & Jodi Zacovic of Peoria, Maternal Grandparents, Amber & Shawn Jordan of Pekin, Paternal Great Grandparents, Joseph Zacovic of Hendersonville, TN and Marvin & Joyce Shafer of Glasford, Maternal Great Grandparents Robert Kent of Pekin and Donald and Barbara Jordan of Pekin, and Aunts Abigail (Carly Synder) Jordan of Pekin and Brenna Zacovic of Naperville, IL; her best friend was her cat, Morty. Sylvie loved Shrek and Miss Rachel. Her favorite foods were pizza and pickles. Her face would light up when her daddy would walk into the room. Her Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory, 2131 Velde Dr, Pekin. A visitation will be two hours prior, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Wednesday also at the funeral home. The family request you wear yellow or other bright colors.
