Susan A. Goss

Susan A. Goss, 75, of Pekin, IL passed away at 10:45 AM Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at her home.

Susan was born on December 16, 1950 in Pekin, IL to Glen Edward and Mary Jane (Bandy) Duley. She married Harry Goss on September 11, 1970 in Pekin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Gale Thornton.

Surviving are: her husband, Harry of Pekin; one daughter Joey Lynn (Thomas) DeVore of East Peoria, IL; nieces and nephews, Jane (Tim) Sikes of Lexington, TN, Billy (LaDonna) Thornton of Madisonville, TN and Jason Thornton of Madisonville, TN.

Susan worked for Goss Trucking as secretary for many years. She enjoyed painting, gardening and feeding the birds and squirrels.

Graveside services were held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with Susan’s arrangements.
