Stella Crohn

Stella Crohn, 91, of 208 Birkett St., South Pekin passed away at 3:25 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2007 at Pekin Hospital. Stella was born on October 4, 1915 in Cincinnati Township to George P. and Emma Horn Weyhrich.She married Kenneth L. Crohn September 16, 1937 in Bloomington, IN. He preceded her in death November 3, 1996. Also preceding her in death are: one son; Darrell Crohn; two sisters, Redda Krohn, and Viola Graham; one brother, Rudolph Weyhrich. She is survived by one daughter, Sharon (and James) Lemon of South Pekin; two grandchildren, Anita (and John) Wallace of Phoenix, AZ and Marcia (and David) Schillinger of Mapleton; seven great grandchildren, James, Robert, Timothy, Rebecca, Grace Schillinger all of Mapleton, IL and Brent and Benjamin Wallace of Phoenix AZ. Stella loved gardening. Stella was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Green Valley.
