Russell W. Gilroy

Russell W. Gilroy, 66, of Creve Coeur, IL passed away at 12:29 PM Saturday, December 31, 2022 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Russell was born on July 17, 1956 in Peoria, IL to John W. and Josephine (Roberts) Gilroy Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, John W. Gilroy Jr. and one sister, Patty Wright. Surviving are: one daughter, Jennifer (Neal) Bowling of Mackinaw; two grandchildren, Drayson and Bronwyn Bowling of Mackinaw; two sisters, Linda West and Peggy (Kevin) McCool both of Pekin. Russell was a carpenter by trade. He was an amazing woodcarver and enjoyed fishing and cooking. There will be no services. Cremation has been accorded. Russells arrangements have been entrusted to Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory.
