Ruby M. Salyer, 79, of Peoria passed away at 8:45 pm Friday, November 9, 2007 at Sharon Health Care Elms in Peoria. Ruby was born May 16, 1928 in Pekin to Fred and Anna Rohlfs Betzelberger. She married William J. Piercy in Pekin.He passed away in 1970. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ruby was a homemaker.She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ of Pekin.
