Roy E. Wolf

Roy E. Wolf, 100, of302 Arrow St. passed away at 11:23 am Wednesday, January 02, 2008 at his residence. Roy was born May 19, 1907 in Pekin to John W. and Alice Lee Wolf. He married Bertha E. Fornoff on June 1, 1929 at St. John's Lutheran Church near Green Valley, IL. She died June 22, 1993. Preceding in death is one daughter, Sarah Ann Keen, one grandson, two brothers and four sisters. Surviving are: one son, Fred W. (and Carla) Wolf of Pekin; four grandchildren, Becky Lampken, Robert and Franklin Keen, Fred Wolf Jr.; one step-grandson,and Jeff Overpack; six great grandchildren; one brother, Johnnie Wolf of Pekin. Roy retired from Caterpillar, Inc. on February 28, 1971 after twenty-eight years. In earlier years Roy was an avid woodworker and hunter.
