Roy R. Williams, 98, of Pekin, IL passed away peacefully at 9:30 AM Wednesday, February 14, 2018. There will be no services. Cremation will be accorded. Henderson Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with Roy's arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Miller Senior Center 551 South 14th Street, Pekin, IL 61554, First United Presbyterian Church 1717 Highwood Ave. Pekin, IL or All Saints Episcopal Church 201 W. Chicago St., Morton, IL 61550.
