Rosemary Miller

Rosemary Miller, 91 of Pekin passed away at 3:55 am, Monday, February 17, 2025 at Carle Health Pekin Emergency Department surrounded by family. She was born to August W. and Margaret "Verna" (Long) Lampe on August 24, 1933 in Iowa. She married John J. Miller on September 24, 1955 at Sacred Heart Church in Joliet, IL. He preceded her in death on January 11, 2020 Rosemary is survived by; children, Laurence Miller, Patricia Marsaglia, and Judith Miller; grandchildren, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Christopher (Andrea) Marsaglia, and Jessica (Brandon) Myers; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Dominic, Madilyn, Leah, Rylie, Lillianna and John Robert. Rosemary had a beautiful voice and sang in the Adult and Resurrection Choirs at St. Joseph Church. She volunteered with Right to Life for many years. She was an avid reader. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, February 24, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 303 S. 7th, Pekin with Father Michael Andrejek as celebrant. A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm with recitation of Rosary at 2:00 pm at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory, 2131 Velde Dr, Pekin. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Pekin. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Church in Pekin.
