Ris Ivy Montgomery-Bruce

ris Ivy Montgomery-Bruce of Peoria passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on August 27, 2011. She was born at 4:42 p.m. and moved gently into the arms of Jesus the same day. During her brief visit on earth ris was told an uncountable amount of times "I love you". She will always remain her parent's precious baby and they will hold her again in heaven one day. ris Ivy Montgomery-Bruce is the daughter of D. and Celina Montgomery-Bruce. She is survived by her parents and sisters, Cora Eve Montgomery-Bruce, Emma Kaylynn Swigart-Sweetland, and Gabrielle Elizabeth Marie Test; her grandparents, Dale and Kim Montgomery of Peoria and Katherine D. Witzig; her great-grandparents Dale and Laxine Montgomery of Creve Coeur; her aunt, Erin Montgomery; her uncle, Isaac Montgomery; and many other treasured uncles, aunts, and cousins, as well as dear friends. There will be no services or visitation. Cremation has been accorded. Arrangements have been entrusted to Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin.
