Rick L. Gebhardt

Rick L. Gebhardt, 70, of Pekin, IL passed away at 2:27 AM Friday, June 25, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on December 25, 1950 in Pekin to Norman and M. Imogene (Cremeens) Gebhardt. He married Debra DeCroix Jacobs on October 16, 2010 in Pekin. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Gary Tinervin Surviving are his wife, Debra of Pekin; four sons, Brandon (Karen Ruel) Gebhardt of Tampa,FL, Craig Gebhardt of Pekin, Joshua (Elissa) Jacobs of Orlando, FL, Kaleb (Thomas Dennis) Jacobs of Peoria; two daughters, Mattie (Phil) Mayberry and Hilary (Jescyka) Robertson both of Pekin; eleven grandchildren, Hayden, Hannah and Kaelob Gebhardt, Mikayla and Greyson Jacobs, Tyler Martin, Lydon and Ryah Mayberry and Zylo and Fox Robertson, Eliana Chapman; one sister, Andrea Tinervin of Pekin, IL. Rick was a laborer with Caterpillar, retiring with 30 years of service in 2002. He loved being outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, playing corn hole and going to the beach. When he couldnt be outside, he enjoyed bowling. He was a member of the Pekin Moose Lodge #916 and involved in the Peoria Area Troops Support. He loved his family and will be missed greatly by them. A Celebration of Ricks Life will be held at the Pekin Moose Lodge #916 on Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 5:00 PM 9:00 PM. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
