Randall S. Johnson, 60, of Joliet, IL formerly of Pekin, IL died at 6:00 am Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Illinois Veteran's Home in Quincy, IL. Randall was born February 10, 1950 to Harold Allen and Lenora Mae (Ertmoed) Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and fiance, Dana Thompson. Surviving is: three sisters, Cheryl Gardner and Andrea (John Jr.) Gilroy both of Pekin and Lorena (Jim) Golden of Atlanta, GA; several nieces and nephews. Randall worked for the Illinois Department of Corrections in Joliet as a guard for thirty-one years retiring in 2003. He was a member and sang in the choir of the First Assembly of God Church in Joliet. He was a former member of the Three Lakes Sportsman Club. He was an avid reader and history buff especially of World I and II. Randall was a Vietnam War Veteran of the United States Army.
