Paul Anthony Roccia, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away on June 10th, 2025, at the age of 56. Known for his warmth, humor, and generous spirit, Paul left a lasting mark on everyone who had the joy of knowing him. Born on April 8th, 1969 in Montclair, New Jersey, Paul grew up with a love for family, food, and fun. Whether he was behind the grill perfecting his latest recipe, cheering on his beloved New York Yankees, or spontaneously suggesting an ice cream run, Paul made the ordinary feel special. He believed in doing things rightalways improving, always perfectingand his quiet determination inspired those around him. Paul had a gift for seeing the good in others. His kindness was steady, his wit never far behind, and his thoughtfulness shone through in the traditions he helped create and the memories he made with his family. He was a source of strength, love, and comfort, and he taught his loved ones how to carry on with joy and grace. He is survived by his loving wife, Jessica Roccia; daughter, Amanda (Kyle) Mathews, and step-daughter, Peyton Youngkin; grandchildren, Stevie and Daisy Mathews; father, Anthony Roccia; sister, Lisa (Scott) McCabe; and a wide circle of family and friends who will miss him deeply. To celebrate Pauls life, give the Yankees and Cowboys an extra cheer this year, blast a Metallica song, or enjoy an ice cream sundae with your family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in New Jersey where family and friends will gather.
