Patsy Lee Dobbs

Patsy Lee Dobbs of East Peoria passed away on her 71st birthday at 6:42 pm, Saturday, September 9, 2023 surrounded by family at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born to Loy and Mary (Grooms) Tolley in Peoria on September 9, 1952. Patsy was preceded in death by; her parents; her ex-husband, Joe Dobbs; and her son-in-law, Denny Rhodes. She is survived by; one son, Bobby Dobbs of Peoria; one daughter, Melissa Rhodes of Savannah, TN; one granddaughter, Veronica Rhodes; two brothers, Tony Tolley of AL, and Scott Tolley of CA.; and one sister, Brenda Smith of Marquette Heights. Patsy worked over the years at Busy Corner Restaurant, Caterpillar and lastly at Butchs Pizza. She enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, music, and rooting on the Minnesota Viking and the Chicago Cubs. There will be no services at this time, and cremation has been accorded.
