Patricia A. Arrowood

Patricia A. “Pat” Arrowood, 91, of Pekin passed away at 1:50 AM Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria.

She was born on December 7, 1934 in Peoria, IL to Edward and Ethel (Sherwood) Barrett. She married James T. Arrowood Sr. on September 6, 1952 in Pekin. He preceded her in death on August 20, 2001. Pat is also preceded in death by her son, David; daughter, Juanita; one granddaughter, Angelina; two sisters; and two brothers.

Pat is survived by her children; James (Debra) Arrowood of Manito, Kevin (Angie) Arrowood of Cottage Grove, Oregon, Mary (Kevin) Janssen of Roanoke and William (Margie) Arrowood of Springfield; 20 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.

Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Burial will take place at a later date in Meadow Lawn Cemetery in Manito. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting Pat's family with arrangements.
