Nancy L. Hatcher

Nancy L. Hatcher, 80, of Creve Coeur, IL passed away at 7:07 AM Saturday, September 3, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. Nancy was born on April 6, 1942 in Peoria, IL to Harmon Henry and Vera Agnes (Gilbert) Berger. She first married Joe Phipps. She later married Kenneth Hatcher Sr. on September 2, 1962. He passed away on May 13, 1982. Also preceding in death are her parents, one son, Kenneth Hatcher Jr., two grandsons, Cameron and Blake Lee, one infant sister, Anna Mae Berger. Surviving are: one son, Joe Phipps of Creve Coeur; three daughters, Sherry (Bob) Rule of Pekin, Laura (Jim) Osborn of Trivoli, IL and Kelly (Thomas) Lee of East Peoria, IL; one daughter-in-law, Cheryl Andrews of Peoria, IL; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; two brothers Sonny (Donna) Berger of Pekin and Rick (Reba) Wathern of East Peoria; one sister, Lucy (Bobby) McKinney of Victoria, IL; long time companion, Charles White of East Peoria. Nancy was a very giving person and loved spending time with family. A celebration of Nancys life will be held at the Eagles Lodge 274 Derby St., Pekin from 1:00 PM 4:00 PM Saturday, September 24th.
