Mildred Becker

Mildred E. Becker, 90, of Pekin, IL passed away at 3:17 AM Monday, January 28, 2013 at Pekin Hospital. Mildred was born on July 14, 1922 in Tazewell County, Illinois to Adam and Anna (Wendell) Hoerr.She married Alvin W. Becker on June 28, 1948 in Pekin, IL. He passed away October 20, 2007. Also preceding in death are three sisters and two brothers. Surviving is: three sons, Greg (Carol) Becker of Pekin, Gary (Debby) Becker of Geneva, IL and Neal (Stephanie) Becker of Houston, TX; six grandchildren, Adam, Ben, Kate, Andrew , Mark andMatt (Megan) Becker. Mildred was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Pekin and its Bethlehem Society. She retired from Bergners in Pekin. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, February 1, 2013 at Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin with Rev. Glenn Neimann officiating. Visitation will be form 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
