Michael was born on September 7, 1968 in Peoria, IL to George and Judith Elaine (Moeller) English. He was preceded in death by his mother and four brothers. Surviving is: his father, George of Pekin; two sons, Brandon and Travis English both of Pekin; one brother, David (Heather) English; one sister, Barbara (Rodney) Mount of Delavan, IL.
