Maxine M. Apacki

Maxine M. Apacki 83, of East Peoria, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, January 13, 2013, in Methodist Medical Center Peoria. She was born on November 13, 1929 in rural East Peoria the daughter of Charles T. and Lois M. (Goetz) Gibbs. Maxine was preceded in death by her parents Surviving are; one sister, Norma (Donald) Koppelman of Pekin, four nephews; Kevin (Cynthia) of Glendale Heights, IL., Jeff (Maureen) of Columbia, Mo., Craig of Winter Park, FL., and Mark (Kim) of Newark, DE, six great nephews and nieces; Matthew, Gregory, Eric, Jennifer and Rachel Koppelman and Allison (Nic) Harvey. Maxine worked for Cilco in Peoria for 40 years in the Accounting Department retiring on January 1, 1988. She was a member of the Cilco Quarter Century Club.
