Mary L. Watts

Mary L. Watts, 83, of North Pekin, IL passed away at 6:54 AM Saturday, February 01, 2014 at Pekin Hospital. Mary was born on April 12, 1930 in Arcadia, MO to Otto and Maggie (Aldridge) Pannebecker. She married Carl E. Watts on September 16, 1950 in Flat River, MO. He passed away on April 10, 2011. Also preceding in death are her parents, one brother, two sisters and one daughter-in-law. Surviving are: two sons, Michael Watts of Manito, IL and Stephen (Sylvia) Watts of Marquette Heights, IL; three grandchildren, Sue Watts, Christopher (Stephanie) Seaton and Stefanie Seaton; six great grandchildren, Taig, Jaylee, Abbi, Peyton, Xaiden, Jack; one brother, John Pannebecker of O'Fallon, MO. Mary had worked as a claims adjuster for Pearl Insurance and Kepple Insurance retiring in 1982.She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She Enjoyed cooking, also playing the piano and organ for family, friends, and church. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory 2131 Velde Dr. Pekin with Rev. Gerry Weaver officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin. Memorial contributions may be made to the North Pekin Fire Department.
