Mary K. Brackney

Mary K. Brackney, 88, of Manito, IL passed away at 9:22 AM Thursday, August 26, 2021 at her home. Mary was born on April 30, 1933 in Manito, IL to Mable Wooding. She married Jack Brackney on February 12, 1980. She was preceded in death by her mother and one daughter, Cheryl Richter. Surviving are: her husband, Jack of Manito; two daughters, Sandy Price of North Pekin and Joy (Ron) Swaim of Godfrey; three grandchildren, Zoe Richter, Mike and Brian Brefeld; three great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild. Mary owned and operated M & J Crafts. She enjoyed crafting with her husband Jack and attending craft shows. Cremation will be accorded. There will be no services. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory in Pekin is assisting Marys family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Mason County Pets without Parents.
