Martha S. Avery, 66 of Pekin, passed away at 11:30 pm, Friday March 8, 2019 at her home. She was born October 13, 1952 in Pekin to Lawrence and Ruth (Henderson) Avery. She is survived by; two sons, Gene Wertz of Pekin and Billy Wertz of Forest City,IL; three daughters, Bobbie Brown, Jamie (Larry) Strange, and Charli Avery all of Pekin; six grandchildren, and two brothers, David (Peggy) Avery of Pekin, and Jim Avery of South Carolina. Cremation has been accorded and there will be no services.
