Mark Gomelsky, 73, of Pekin died at 6:15 pm Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Pekin Hospital. Mark was born on August 10, 1936 in St. Petersburg, Russia to Michael and Maria (Gorodntsky) Gomelsky. He married Marena Mayala on March 18, 1961 in St. Petersburg. Surviving are his wife, Marena of Pekin, IL, one son, Alexander (Tina) Gomelsky of Pekin and one grandson, Mark Gomelsky. He was self employed as a restorer of antiques.
