Marjorie Lynn Wolfer

Marjorie L. Wolfer, 62, of Havana, IL and formerly of Pekin passed away at 8:18 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Marjorie was born on May 17, 1949 in Pekin to Carl and Kathryn (Hieser) Wolfer Sr. She was preceded in death by her father. Surviving is: her mother, Kathryn of Pekin; brother, Carl Wolfer Jr.; two sisters, Debra Nelson of Irvine, CA and Rosie Wolfer of Pekin; niece, Courtney Nelson of Seal Beach, CA. Marjorie had worked at Becks Florist, Peoria Kitchen Tops, Wolfer Appliances and Havana Health Care Center. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, May 25, 2012 at Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin with Rev. Maurice Yordy officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
