Marian G. Hart

Marion G. Hart, 99, of Kankakee, IL, formerly of Pekin passed away at 2:20 AM Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Miller Rehabilitation at Sojourn in Kankakee. Marion was born on October 8, 1914 in Pekin, IL to Hank and Tena Weber (Everwien) DeBoer. She married Lawrence L. Hart on December 31, 1932 in Bloomington, IL. He passed away on April 16, 1997. Preceding in death are her parents, two brothers and five sisters. Surviving is her son, Lawrence R. (Dorothy) Hart of Reddick, IL and grandson, Steven Hart of Bensenville, IL. When Marion lived in Pekin she attended Second Reformed Church. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, January 31, 2014 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory 2131 Velde Dr. Pekin with Rev. Bill Appleyard-Pekich officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
