Margie Grandia

Margie Grandia, 85, of Pekin passed away at 12:05 PM Tuesday, December 11, 2012 in her home. Margie was born on May 17, 1927 in Danvers, IL to John B. and Reta (Shearer) Getz. She married Robert F. Eisele November 12, 1950. She married Luther Grandia on October 29, 1983 in Pekin. He passed away on May 6, 2000. Also preceding in death are her parents, one son, Douglas F. Eisele, four brothers, two sisters and one great granddaughter. Surviving is: one son, Jay (Jackie) Eisele of Boca Roton, FL; two daughters, Merry (David) Bise of Pell City, AL and Barbara Eisele of San Antonio, TX; three grandchildren Sheen Eisele, Danielle Elizondo and Teira Eisele; two great grandchildren; one step son, David (Carla) Grandia of Pekin; one step daughter, Cyndy Grandia of Indianapolis, IN. Graveside services will be at Noon Friday, December 14, 2012 at Morton Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery with Philip Newton of The Southside Mission officiating. There will be no visitation. Cremation has been accorded. Arrangements have been entrusted to Henderson Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made Methodist Hospice Services or Southside Mission.
