Marcella J. Barker

Marcella J. Barker, 83, of Peoria, IL passed away at 9:45 PM Saturday, March 2, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Marcella was born on May 31, 1929 in Hollis Township, Peoria County, Illinois to Raymond P. and Lena M. Starts Junker. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Leland, Raymond, Gerald and Forrest Junker. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Marcella was a registered nurse in the Peoria area for many years and also sold real estate. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin with Rev. David Sexton officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Maple Ridge Cemetery near Mapleton.
