Louis A. Weber

Louis A. Weber, 67, of Delavan, IL passed away at 11:27 am Thursday, April 5, 2013 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. Louis was born on March 18, 1946 in Pekin, IL to Louis E. and Alice (Lindsey) Weber.He married Theodora 'Teddi' Lundquist on June 3, 1967 in Braham, MN. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Teddi of Delavan; one daughter, Christi (Eric) Sulfridge of Cadiz, KY; two grandchildren, Taylor and Grayson Sulfridge of Cadiz, KY. Louis was a 58 year member of Normandale Reformed Church in Pekin where he had served as Deacon, Elder, Treasurer and choir member.He was a member of the Illinois Valley Sportsman Club,Venado Lakes Homeowners Association and had served as Lake Manager for several years.He was an avid sportsman and loved fishing and hunting.He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He was a cable technician for Ameritech retiring in 1998 after 28 years of service. Louis was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam War. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Normandale Reformed Church with Rev. Dave Craig officiating.Visitation will be from 9:30 am - 10:30 am Saturday at the church.Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by the United States Army and the Tazewell Area Ceremonial Team.Arrangements have been entrusted to Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin.
