Loretta Fae Coziahr

L. Fae Coziahr, 74, of Pekin, IL passed away at 1:22 PM Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Heartland Manor Care in Peoria, IL. Fae was born in Galva, IL to Ronald and Marilyn (Willard) Boyd. She married Rodney Dale Coziahr on February 8, 1958 in Pekin. He passed away on March 12, 2003. Preceding in death are her parents and two sisters, Lorna Wren and Doris Nordstrom. Surviving is: three sons, Danny (Melissa) Coziahr, Randy (Stacy) Coziahr and Billy Coziahr all of Manito, IL; one daughter, Mari Sue (Terry) Cordis of Peoria; grandchildren, Terra Mae (Randy Stookey) Coziahr, Kara Coziahr, Alaina Coziahr, Rayanda Coziahr, Shayla Coziahr, Bobbi Coziahr, Gabriella Cordis, Jack Cordis, Kendra Fry and Josh Radcliff; great grandchildren, Kailee, Khylee, Ayden, Elliana, Jarek, Sonya, Gray, McKinzey, Logan and Khloe. Fae will always be remembered as 'Grandma Fae' and often 'Sweet Fae' to all of her family, grandchildren and dear friends. Fae and her friend, Pattie, enjoyed visiting the residents at Timbercreek Nursing Home, and she was a wonderful caregiver for her husband, mom and dad before they passed. She connected us all with her unique laughter, sweet smile, kindness, patience and loving spirit and will be missed by all. Funeral services will be at noon on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory 2131 Velde Dr. Pekin. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prairie Haven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to TAPS or the American Cancer Society.
