Linda L. Wolters

Linda L. Wolters, 83, of Pekin, IL passed away at 8:25 AM Thursday, April 24, 2025 at OSF Richard Owens Hospice Home. Linda was born on January 23, 1942 in Lincoln, IL to Stanley and Alma (Steffens) Cooper. She married John R. Lussenhop on September 16, 1962 and later married Larry D. Wolters on May 28, 1982 She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Joshua Olt. Surviving are: two daughters, Tami (Blake) Olt of Dunlap, IL and Kim Lussenhop of Pekin; two grandchildren, Zachary (Lorelei Volpe) Olt of Peoria Heights, IL and Brittany Olt of Pekin; one great granddaughter, Ariya Olt; two brothers, Robert Cooper of Lincoln, IL and David (Jill) Cooper of Springfield, IL; many nieces and nephews. Linda was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the Tazewell County Farm Bureau. She had worked at the Logan County Farm Service, State Farm Insurance and Clifton Strode Insurance. She was the Assistant Administrator for the Tazewell County Farm Bureau from 1983 2009. She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, traveling and reading. She was a loving kind soul and will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. A Celebration of Lindas Life will be from 12:00 PM 3:00 PM Saturday, May 3, 2025 at her daughter, Tamis house 11819 N. Deerfield Dr. Dunlap, IL. Cremation has been accorded.
