Linda K. Durbin

Linda K. Durbin, 78, of Pekin, IL passed away at 9:27 PM Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Pekin Manor. Linda was born on January 16, 1943 in Pekin to Roy E. and Pauline (McPherson) Cobb. She married Arnie Durbin on August 6, 1960 in Pekin. He passed away on January 11, 1989. Her parents and one sister, Roberta preceded her in death. Surviving is: one son, Stephen M. (Kay) Durbin of Land OLakes, FL; two daughters, Christine (Richard) Massey of Pekin and Jennifer Durbin of Pekin; seven grandchildren, Courtney and Meghan Durbin, Ian, Nicholas, Allison Massey, Daniel and Jacob Plante; three sisters, Sharon Hawkins of Pekin, Bonnie Cobb of Pekin and Paula Erxleben of North Pekin. Linda was a machine operator for Mericon Industries for 26 years retiring in January 2009. She enjoyed fishing and gardening. She was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, December 20, 2021 at Glendale Memorial Gardens with Rev. Leah Grayer officiating. There will be no visitation. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with Lindas arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Central Illinois Down Syndrome Association.
