Kelly J. Dublin, 57, 0f Pekin, IL passed away at 11:20 AM Friday, December 30, 2016at his home. Kelly was born on August 23, 1959 in Pekin to Kenneth and Wanda (Swisher) Dublin. Surviving are: his parents, Kenneth and Wanda Dublin of Pekin; one brother, Marc (Mary) Dublin of Pekin; two sisters, Gayla (Jeffrey) Roberts of Tremont, IL and Linda (Dan) Boyd of Winter Garden, FL; several nieces and nephews. Kelly had worked as a certified welder for GFS Precision Machine Inc. and Illinois Crane. He enjoyed fishing and collecting guns. There will be no services. Cremation will be accorded. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with the arrangements.
