Kathleen E. Woodley

Kathleen E. Woodley, 97, of Pekin, IL passed away at 1:30 PM Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Carle Health Pekin Hospital. Kathleen was born on May 2, 1927 in Savanna, IL to James F. and Ada M. (Jones) McCray. She married Bill Swift in 1946. She later married Robert Woodley in 1948. He passed away on June 21, 2005. Also Preceding in death are her parents, two brothers, Robert and Joseph McCray, two sisters, Gina and Marge. Surviving are: one son, Danny (Suzette) Swift of Pekin; three grandchildren, Dannet Eubank, Hanna Swift and Bryson Swift: three great grandchildren, Ryan Flaugher, Alexa Shannon and Jonathon Shannon. Kathleen was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She graduated from the Methodist School of Nursing in 1950 as an RN. She enjoyed reading. There will be no services.
