Kara Sullivan

Kara L. Sullivan, 35, of Bartonville, IL passed away at 12:37 AM Wednesday, November 16, 2016 in the emergency room at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Kara was born December 7, 1980 in Pekin to Joe and Linda (Hughes) Sullivan. Surviving are: her father, Joe of Pekin; her mother, Linda Vaughn of Florida; step mother, Julie Sullivan of Pekin; her companion, Corey Burnside of Bartonville, IL; two brothers, Ian (Amanda) Sullivan and Sam (Jessica) Sullivan both of Pekin; two nieces, Kyla Sullivan and Luna Sullivan; nephew Ayden Sullivan; her cat, Nora. Kara enjoyed hiking and watching birds. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation will be accorded. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory in Pekin is in charge of the arrangements.
