Kaitlin Mccoy

Kaitlin McCoy, 28 of Pekin, passed away at 11:16 AM, May 17, 2108 at UnityPoint Health-Methodist in Peoria. Kaitlin was born June 13, 1989 in Galesburg to Denise (Charnock) McCoy. She is survived by her mother, Denise of Pekin; dad, Ronnie Gregory of Abingdon; two daughters, Abigail Denise McCoy of Pekin; Aaliyah Elizabeth Roberts of East Peoria; twin sons, Austin Ross Knox and Justin Oren Knox of Galesburg; Grandparents, Marlene Ryden and Betti Lemmer both of Galesburg; step brother, Heath Gregory and two step sisters, Haley and Hope Gregory all of Abingdon; and several uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by great grandparents, Ed and Virginia Lemmer and Richard and Florence Charnock. Kaitlin was an amazing tap dancer whose smile was contagious.She had a great sense of humor and her mom's nickname for her was 'Jokey'. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory, 2131 Velde Dr., Pekin.There will be no visitation.
