Justin Patrick Cooney

Justin Patrick Cooney, 30, of East Peoria, IL passed away at 2:00 AM Tuesday, November 18, 2024 at his home.

Justin was born on March 19, 1995 in Bridgeton, MO to Frank and Nikole A. (Miller) Antosiak.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank.

Surviving are: his parents, Nikole and Eric Cooney of East Peoria; one sister, Autumn R. (Tyler) Richardson of Morton, IL and step sister, Emily (Dakota) Wright of Pekin; nephew, Frankie Richardson of Morton; maternal grandmother, Beverly Miller of Pekin and paternal great grandmother, Carol Miller of Green Valley, IL.

Justin enjoyed football, soccer, music and playing video games. He was an animal lover. But nothing lit up his world quite like spending time with his nephew, Frankie—whether they were playing, laughing, or just being together, those moments were Justin’s greatest joy.

A celebration of life will be at a later date. Cremation will be accorded. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with Justin’s arrangements.
