John W. Page Iii

John W. Page III, 68 of Chillicothe passed away at 9:37 pm, Monday, December 2, 2024 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born to John W. and Marianna (Redfield) Page on July 30, 1956 in Heidelberg, Germany. He married Jean Marie Rabida in Virden, IL on October, 27, 1979. She preceded him in death on February 25, 2018. Surviving are: one son, Phillip (Joanna Garcia) Page of Streator, IL; two daughters, Allyson (Nyah) Evans of Pekin and Andrea (Randall Hamilton) Page of Chillicothe; two granddaughters, Madison and Maridyth Hamilton; and two brothers, James Page of Texas, and Michael Page of Carlinville, IL. John was of the Methodist Faith. He worked for Caterpillar as an engineer, retiring in 2015. He loved all things automotive. He raced drag racers, rebuilt cars and engines and loved building car models. He was a World War II history buff and loved reading, especially Tom Clancy books. John was a was a member of STAR - Star Touring and Riding. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Kidney Fund.
