Jo Ann Conner

Jo Ann Conner, 73, of Morton, IL passed away at 7:01 AM Friday, April 22, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Jo was born on October 7, 1942 in Pekin, IL to Howard and Marybeth (Habberfield) Eisele. She married Michael Conner on July 31, 1966 in Pekin. He passed away on November 29, 2007. Also preceding in death are her parents. Surviving are: two sons, Bartley (Christine) Conner of Washington, IL and Kenneth Conner of Kentucky; one daughter, Michelle (Paul) Carrington of North Pekin; nine grandchildren, Bridgette, Kathryn, Austin, Jakki, Payton, Mason, Zachary, Paul Jr. and Christian; one brother, David (Sue) Eisele of Marquette Heights, IL; her faithful companion, Scruffy. Jo worked in the mail room at Caterpillar Inc. retiring in 2005. She enjoyed going to garage sales and shopping. She and Mike traveled across the United States in their RV for two years prior to his death. A visitation celebrating Jo's life will be from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory 2131 Velde Dr.Pekin. Graveside services will be follow at 11:00 AM at Glendale Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Illinois Cancer Care or TAPS.
