Jennifer J. Sonderman

Jennifer J. Sonderman, 46 of Peoria passed away at 7:09 pm, Monday, March 6, 2023 at her home. She was born to Rodney P. & Cynthia (Bivens) Mullins in Pekin on February 26, 1977. Jen is survived by; her mother and father; two sons, Ian Mullins of Morton, and Austin Sonderman of Pekin; two daughters, Meghan Reese of Peoria, and Cheyenne Stoehr of Peoria; five grandchildren, Mason Mullins, Austin Sonderman, Kylie Laney, Xander Sonderman and Nazir Kagle; two brothers, Rodney Joe (Dawn) Mullins of Pekin and Justin (Mardie) Mullins of Peoria; and one sister, Rosemary (Kevin) Wagner of East Peoria. She treasured her relationship with dear friends at the River of Life Church in Pekin and New Life Fellowship in Pekin. Jen was a creative soul who loved beauty and fashion. She was very organized, and was so proud of her Native American Heritage. She enjoyed music, traveling, especially to Florida, and was family famous for her tater tot casserole. Her love for her family was her singular priority. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation will be held for her from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory, 2131 Velde Dr, Pekin, IL. Pastor Mark and Pastor Mike will open the visitation at 2:00 pm with a remembrance time honoring Jens life. Memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
