Jennifer Lynn Shindledecker

Jennifer Lynn Shindledecker, 55, of Pekin, IL passed away at 9:40 PM Saturday, August 3, 2019 in Pekin. Jennifer was born on August 20, 1963 in Pekin to Victor and Beverly (Harmon) Jones. She was preceded in death by her father. Surviving are: her mother, Bev of Pekin; one daughter, Nicole Theobald of Pekin; one son, Christopher Hoag of Pekin; two grandchildren, Hope and Bradley Shindledecker; two brothers, Victor (Tamara) Jones of Strasburg, CO and Del Jones of Pekin; two sisters, Terri (Rick) Winborn of East Peoria, IL and Pamela (Jason) Padilla of Bailey, CO. Jennifer attended the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Pekin. She enjoyed gardening and garage sales. She loved helping others and spending time with her grandchildren and pets. Memorial services will be at 4:00 PM Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church with Pastor Phillip Steele officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM Saturday at the church. Cremation has been accorded. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
