Jeffrey L. Baugh

Jeffrey L. Baugh, 55, of Pekin, IL passed away at 8:48 PM Friday, June 19, 2026 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Jeff was born on August 21, 1970 in Atlanta, GA to Bobby and Janie (Poe) Baugh. He married Jamie Jordan on January 25, 1997. She passed away on January 21, 2009.

He was also preceded in death by his father; and one brother, Robert Baugh.

Surviving is: his mother, Janie; one son, Jordan Baugh of Pekin; one daughter, MaKayla (Tanner) Schneider of Bloomington, IL; one granddaughter, Averie Schneider; two brothers, Kenneth (Catherine) Baugh of Manito, Roger (Connie) Baugh of Manito; one sister, Misty (Blake) Lewis of East Peoria; and sister-in-law, Joyce Baugh of South Pekin.

Jeff enjoyed the simple pleasures in life and found happiness in the things he loved most. He enjoyed fishing, racing, working on cars, watching movies, and spending time with his family. Whether he was out by the water, under the hood of a car, or gathered with those he loved, Jeff treasured those moments and the memories they created. Above all, his family was the center of his life, and time spent with them meant the most to him.

He was a member of Local #974.

A gathering celebrating Jeff’s life will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory, 2131 Velde Drive, Pekin. Cremation will be accorded.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
