Jeanne M. Fort

Jeanne M. Fort, 83, of 313 Country Club Dr. passed away at 11:42 am Saturday, December 30, 2006 at the Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton, IL. Jeanne was born May 8, 1923 in Pekin to Erwin and Elizabeth England Ehrhardt. She married Ralph Fort on December 27, 1949 in Pekin. Surviving are; her husband of Pekin; three sons, Michael (and Irene) of Pekin, C. Patrick (and Irena) of Eagleriver, AK, and Christopher (and Karen) Fort of Pekin; one brother, Robert E. Ehrhardt of Pekin; seven grandchildren, Patrick (and Heather), Brian, Trevor, Christopher, Elizabeth, Rachel and Vika Fort; three great grandchildren, Mackenzie Arens, Keelan and Cadence Fort. Jeanne was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Pekin. She was a member of PEO Chapter GW, Alpha Delta PI and Pekin Hospital League. She enjoyed playing golf and had played in the ladies golf league at Pekin Country Club. Jeanne graduated from Pekin High School and attended the University of Illinois. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin. The Rev. Brian Kellington will officiate. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
