Surviving are: his parents, Kevin and Amy of Peoria; three brothers, Cole Preston, Andrew and Alex Evans all of Peoria; one sister, Abby Mitchell of Peoria; maternal grandmother Ginny Preston of Peoria; paternal grandparents, Bill and Diane Evans of Peoria; paternal great grandparents, Kenneth and Norma Slater of Peoria.
