Jackson K. (Mitchell) Evans, 1 month, of Peoria passed away at 7:48 pm Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Jackson was born on Monday, July 20, 2009 to Kevin Evans and Amy Mitchell. Surviving are: his parents, Kevin and Amy of Peoria; three brothers, Cole Preston, Andrew and Alex Evans all of Peoria; one sister, Abby Mitchell of Peoria; maternal grandmother Ginny Preston of Peoria; paternal grandparents, Bill and Diane Evans of Peoria; paternal great grandparents, Kenneth and Norma Slater of Peoria.
