Howard Henry Eisele

Howard H. Eisele, 94, of East Peoria, IL passed away at 2:18 pm Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Morton Terrace Care Center in Morton, IL. Howard was born on December 1, 1916 in East Peoria, IL to Carl H. and Elizabeth (Geuber) Eisele. He married Marybeth K. Habberfield on July 27, 1941 in Missouri.She died in 1997. Also preceding in death are his parents, his brother, Lester Eisele, his son-in-law, Michael Conner and nephew Glen Eisele. Surviving are: one daughter, Jo Ann Conner of Morton, IL; one son, David (Sue) Eisele of Marquette Heights, IL; five grandchildren, Brian (Cari) Eisele of Montana, Erik Eisele of Petersburg, IL, Kenneth Conner of Kentucky, Bartley (Chrissy) Conner of Washington, IL and Michelle (Paul) Carrington of North Pekin, IL; nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.Howard is also survived by his faithful companion, Spike Howard was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ. He enjoyed square dancing and golf. He was an avid Cub fan. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin. Visitation will be from5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
