Helen E. Hild

Helen Elizabeth Hild, 88, of 2400 S. Finley Rd. Lombard, IL, formerly of Pekin, passed away at 8:10 am Tuesday, April 8, 2008 in Lombard. Helen was born July 13, 1919 in Tazewell County to Philip H. and Matilda (Beck) Hild. Her parents preceded her in death. She is survived by one daughter, Vyonne E. (Jon) Scheiwe of Glen Ellyn, IL; one son, Rolf (Shirley) Miller of Gallup, NM; five grandchildren, Pam (Michael) Carswell of Minot, ND, Amy (Michael) Baldanado of Las Cruces, NM, Joni (Luke) Timm of Lake Orion, MI, Aaron and Jacob Scheiwe of Glen Ellen; and five great grandchildren. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Lombard. Helen was a geriatric nurse for many years retiring in 1999.
