Hazel M. Brandt

Hazel Marie Brandt, 86, of East Peoria died at 1:12 am Monday, December 13, 2010 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Hazel was born on July 28, 1924 in Springlake Township, Tazewell County, Illinois to William and Nellie (Thompson) Paine. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Bill Brandt, three sisters and four brothers. Surviving are: one son, Robert (Patty Quilter) Brandt of Roanoke, VA; two daughters, Judy (Gary) Little of Tremont, IL and Karen (Bud) Grimm of Pekin; six grandchildren, Holly Little, Christopher (Michelle) Little, Kim (Brian) Benassi, Scott (Georgia) Kellogg, Dena Humberd and Chealsea Brandt; two step grandchildren, Mark (Kerry) Grimm and Scott Grimm; thirteen great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren; two sisters, Verla Goss and Mary Gardner both of Pekin. Hazel retired from OSF St. Francis Medical Center as a clerk in the dialysis department.
