Frank E. Smiser

Pekin, IL - Frank E. Smiser, 93, of 2949 S. Fourteenth St. passed away at 3:37 pm Sunday, January 28, 2007 at Hallmark Home Nursing Center. Frank was born January 19, 1914 in Decatur, IL to Frank E. and E. Faye Johnston Smiser. He married Kathleen Shores on August 7, 1947 in Pekin. She died January 19, 2002. Surviving are; one son, Fred B. (and Marilyn) Smiser of Pekin; two grandchildren, Jennifer K. (and Jason) Snavely of Mackinaw and Brian J. (and Sylvia) Smiser of Normal; two great grandchildren, Iliana and Aida Smiser of Normal. Frank was a teamster for Pekin Ready Mix for 28 years retiring on July 12, 1974.
